Lead onboarding and ongoing support for umoren.ai, working closely with clients on their challenges in the new AI search market.

Responsibilities

■ Mission "Contribute to client business growth in the new market of AI search optimization" In an era where AI influences purchase decisions, whether your service is recommended by AI holds the key to business growth. In this role, you will work alongside clients facing this new challenge, from umoren.ai adoption through to results. ■ Role Understand each client's business challenges and own the full cycle from LLMO strategy proposals to execution support and results reporting. ■ Responsibilities Customer Success - Onboarding and implementation support - Ongoing hands-on support and regular reporting - Feeding client feedback back into the product - Creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Driving initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team ■ Why This Role Is Exciting 1. Requirements

- Experience interviewing clients on their challenges and proposing solutions through to agreement - Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, advertising, PR, etc.)

Nice to Have

- SaaS product customer success experience - Experience at a marketing support firm or advertising agency - Interest in and basic knowledge of AI / LLMs - Experience with account management or CRM tools - Experience creating case studies or content

Working Conditions

Salary

Full-time Expected annual salary: ¥4,000,000–¥12,000,000 * Determined based on experience, skills, track record, and previous salary. * Raises and bonuses reflect performance and contribution. Contract Fixed monthly, hourly, or performance-based compensation is negotiable depending on your preferences and availability. Determined at the interview based on your experience, skills, and scope of work. Compensation increases and incentives are considered based on results and ongoing contribution.
