[Manager Candidate] Lead Strategy and Execution for Search Marketing in the AI Era

Responsibilities

■ Mission "Become a top player in AI search optimization (LLMO)" AI is transforming marketing. As consumers increasingly make purchase decisions through conversations with AI, the focus of marketing has shifted to how to get AI to recommend your brand. We are looking for someone to become a leading player in Japan in this newly emerging, massive market: AI search optimization (LLMO). ■ Role You will provide LLMO support to ensure that client services and products are recommended by AI and reach the consumers behind it. Starting from understanding who each service serves and what value it delivers, you will design strategies to make AI recognize that value correctly, executing digital marketing tactics across SEO, PR, advertising, and more to win AI recommendations. ■ Responsibilities - Analyze the latest AI search algorithms and user behavior - Assess the current standing of clients and competitors in AI search - Identify why services are not being recommended by AI and define the problems - Optimize the information sources that AI references and generates from - Design and propose technical on-site measures to improve AI answer accuracy - Develop integrated strategies across owned, paid, and earned media - Direct execution involving specialists in each area (SEO, advertising, PR, etc.) - Drive performance monitoring and data-based improvement cycles - Run regular client meetings and support strategic decision-making ■ Why This Role Is Exciting 1. Requirements

- Hands-on experience as a consultant or as an in-house marketer (guideline: 3+ years) - A track record of owning strategy through execution and measurement, contributing to business results - Strong business communication skills and the ability to drive projects involving diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have

- Basic knowledge of AI / LLMs (understanding of technical concepts such as RAG and hallucination) - Hands-on experience in marketing areas such as SEO, content marketing, PR, or ad operations - Experience as the client-facing lead in negotiations or consulting - Experience analyzing user insights and applying them to service improvements or marketing strategy

Working Conditions

Salary

Expected annual salary: ¥6,000,000–¥12,000,000 (including biannual bonuses) Grade and amount are determined individually based on skills, per company policy. - Monthly salary: ¥375,000–¥750,000 - Breakdown: base salary ¥278,645–¥557,290, fixed overtime allowance ¥96,355–¥192,710 * A fixed overtime allowance covering 45 hours is paid regardless of actual overtime * Additional premium pay is provided for overtime exceeding 45 hours * Biannual bonuses and promotion opportunities (linked to individual performance)
