Design and execute Queue's own growth across content marketing, SEO/LLMO, and PR.

Responsibilities

■ Mission "Lead the marketing that grows Queue's brand and business" You will own marketing for Queue itself, building our brand as the leading company in the LLMO space and driving lead generation. Insights gained from practicing on our own properties feed directly into client proposals, making this a high-impact position. ■ Role Own Queue's marketing strategy from planning through execution. Use a wide range of channels (content marketing, SEO/LLMO, PR, and events) to grow Queue's awareness and generate leads. ■ Responsibilities - Plan and execute content marketing strategy (blog, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) - Design and execute SEO / LLMO initiatives (AI search optimization of our own site) - Design and run lead generation programs (webinars, whitepapers, advertising, etc.) - Plan and run events and conferences - PR and media relations - Social media and community management - Analyze marketing data and propose improvements - Craft and communicate the brand story ■ Why This Role Is Exciting 1. Our own practice becomes knowledge Practice LLMO on Queue itself and apply the results directly to client proposals. 2. Design marketing for a new market from scratch Build the marketing strategy for a brand-new category, AI search optimization, from the ground up. 3. Broad skill set Cross-functional experience across content, SEO, advertising, PR, and events.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in content marketing or SEO - Experience planning and executing marketing strategy - Experience improving initiatives based on data - Writing skills (blogs, articles, landing pages, etc.)

Nice to Have

- B2B marketing experience - Social media or community management experience - Experience planning and running events / webinars - PR and media relations experience - Interest in and basic knowledge of AI / LLMs - Startup marketing experience

Working Conditions

Salary

Expected annual salary: ¥4,000,000–¥7,000,000 (including biannual bonuses) Grade and amount are determined individually based on skills, per company policy. - Monthly salary: ¥250,000–¥437,500 - Breakdown: base salary ¥185,736–¥325,037, fixed overtime allowance ¥64,264–¥112,463 * A fixed overtime allowance covering 45 hours is paid regardless of actual overtime * Additional premium pay is provided for overtime exceeding 45 hours * Biannual bonuses and promotion opportunities (linked to individual performance)
